Returns, Damaged & Missing Product Policy

All Business Product orders will carry a 30-day return policy as noted on the delivery ticket. This policy will allow a customer to return any product within 30 days and receive full and immediate credit. Item(s) must be in original unmarked, unopened package and in re-sellable condition. Any items that are opened and/or used will not be returnable unless defective or damaged.

Special order items, custom items, dated goods, food items, pharmaceutical and discontinued items are nonrefundable, unless shipped in error by Strickland. By law we cannot accept returns for food and pharmaceutical items. Electronic items that are defective should be returned in original box within 30 days for full refund. Problems with electronic items after 30 days should be handled under the manufacturer's warranty and direct with the manufacturer.

Any missing items must be reported within 5 working days of the order’s original delivery date. Strickland will immediately issue a credit, reship and re-bill another exact item within the customer’s typical delivery time and method. The replacement will be billed and shipped to the original delivery location on the customer’s account.
